Home / Drawings for trade

Drawings a builder can build from.

Technical work for contractors, builders, developers and solicitors. Clear scope, fixed fees, predictable turnaround — produced and signed off by a chartered architect.

01

Construction drawings

A full technical set to build and price from: plans, sections, elevations, details, junctions and schedules. Coordinated with structural engineers where required. Issued in the formats you work in.

02

Building regulations packages

Full plans submissions and building notice support. Compliance across structure, fire, ventilation, conservation of fuel and power, and access — prepared so Building Control passes it without a round of queries.

03

Principal Designer — CDM 2015

Formal appointment as Principal Designer, discharging the client's duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Pre-construction information, design risk management and the health and safety file.

04

Land registry drawings

Lease plans and title plans to HM Land Registry requirements — correctly scaled, oriented and annotated so they are accepted first time. Regular work for solicitors, conveyancers and freeholders.

05

Specifications

Written specification defining materials, workmanship and standards. The document that lets a job be priced properly and stops it being re-priced halfway through.

06

Contract administration & site management

Tender documentation and contractor appointment, then a JCT building contract administered by us: inspections, valuations, payment certificates, variation control and certification through to practical completion. Cost, programme and quality are held to the contract — your money and the builder's work are both legally protected.

Solicitors and conveyancers: we handle land registry lease plans as ongoing referral work with agreed turnaround and fixed fees. Get in touch to set up an account.
